Five years ago, his knee was weak and fell down ground. From then on, muscle loss slowly proceeded below the lower limb and gait disorders began. The doctors at the hospital were diagnosed with stroke, but the CPK level was estimated at 300 UL before treatment, and/but after 5 times treatments, the serum test result was showed 268 UL. This figure is defined as a reference value in the hospital, but it exceeds the normal figure and is presumed to be the cause of lower limb muscle loss.
